Registration Fees Include; Congress documents, access to all scientific sessions and exhibition, coffee breaks,
certificate of attendance, exclusive VAT of %20

Registration requests will be finalized after the written application and payment receipts are sent to Ethiccon Congress
Organization and written confirmation is sent.
The above mentoned reigstraton fees do not nclude the external participation fee, the external participation fee will be
requested from all participants who do not stay in the congress hotel or make ther hotel reservation through the organzation
secretariat, and the relevant fee includes the use of hotel all-inclusve services between 09:00-18:00 during the congress,
participation in social programs and scientific meetnigs. External participation fee is 275.-Euro + VAT.

• Group transfers are vald for the area-hotel-area on 23-26 April - The above hotel rates include 3 nights all-inclusve
  accommodaton and congress socal programs are included, 12% VAT is excluded.
• Accommodaton requests; written applcaton and payment receipts to Ethiccon Congress Organizaton
  will be finalzed upon receipt of written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must be notified to Ethiccon Congress Organization in writing.

• If notified by February 16, 2026, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations after February 17, 2026, no refund will be made.
